In 2016, Hank launched Revel Rouge, an events company that blends his background in musical theatre with his engaging hospitality skills.

Hank’s career in food and beverage started as a General Manager at renowned restaurants like David Burke and Sant Ambroeus West Village. Given his meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion, his success in the restaurant industry was inevitable. Hank is widely admired for his warmth and dedication. Taking a bold step, he founded Revel Rouge, a distinctive events company known for delivering a memorable wow factor for guests.

Revel Rouge specializes in crafting world-class events that seamlessly blend dining with captivating, dynamic experiences. The company has collaborated with prestigious brands and franchises including The Plaza Hotel New York, Bloomingdale’s, The Real Housewives of New York City, ZUMA (NYC, Miami, Boston), Hamptons Magazine, Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue, Dorado Beach a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and numerous celebrities, among others.

Carolina Kohn - Events curator

Carolina Kohn is an indispensable force on the Revel Rouge team—a multi-talented entrepreneur and musician with extensive, high-level experience in a plethora of industries: design, events, business management, marketing, and music. Born in New York, but raised in Uruguay and Paris, Carolina is trilingual (English, French, and Spanish), an international team player with outstanding communications skills. She received her BBA for Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, The New School, attending in both Paris and New York. As of July 2023, she acquired a certification from Emeritus UC Berkeley in Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications.

Carolina lived in Sag Harbor for ten years before moving to New York City where she now resides, though, as a brilliant pianist and vocalist, she regularly performs in the Hamptons with her Latin fusion band, Conga Cartel (see link below). Carolina has a background in musical theater, picking up the piano at just six years old and continuing her life in music ever since. She also has performance experience in improv comedy as a previous player at the Broadway Comedy Club. Carolina’s strong work ethic, inspiring leadership skills, and creative expertise make her a Revel Rouge Superwoman.
