In 2016, Hank launched Revel Rouge, an events company that blends his background in musical theatre with his engaging hospitality skills.

Hank’s career in food and beverage started as a General Manager at renowned restaurants like David Burke and Sant Ambroeus West Village. Given his meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion, his success in the restaurant industry was inevitable. Hank is widely admired for his warmth and dedication. Taking a bold step, he founded Revel Rouge, a distinctive events company known for delivering a memorable wow factor for guests.
