We, Revel Rouge, specialize in the chic summer cocktail party. Co-Hosted by Maria & Ken Fishel with Ann Van Ness, French Heritage Society Summer Soirée was stunningly elegant, with guests likening it to a French version of the enchanting fairy kingdom of A Midsummer Night’s Dream (hopefully, one day, you’ll find us doing set design at the Globe!). Attendees received a gift basket from party sponsor Diptyque. Their exquisite candles, dispersed across Maria and Ken’s verdant, marvelous Hamptons’ property, emanated a refined French scent and warm glow, both of which reinforced the evening’s dreamlike quality.

While basking in the fresh summer air, guests sipped Whispering Angel Rose, chilled beside Champagne in Christofle ice buckets made of luxury silver—these two sponsors added to the party's seamless sophistication. Gorgeous floral bouquets by the best, Posy Flowers NYC, offered vivid bursts of blue and white, which, combined with crimson lounge chairs and table umbrellas, made for a truly French celebration. Revel Rouge’s classic partner in prime, superb Chef Carlos Manansala, crafted an hors d'oeuvres menu of rich French cuisine that had partygoers asking for more…literally. All of this tastefulness (in more ways than one) was cushioned by the sweet Parisian melodies of Myriam Phiro and her accompanying band of upright bass, accordian, and violin.
